Back in 1948 UniJal was founded to manufacture high-quality “universal jalousie” windows and doors, hence the name Uni-Jal. The company was founded in Florida and shipped jalousie windows and doors worldwide. These days jalousie windows usually go by the name louvered windows. Due to UniJal’s heavy-duty patented components and quality workmanship there are still thousands of UniJal windows and doors in operation.
Only original replacement parts are available through UniJal. Other companies have copied the design and supply parts, but not to our standards. Our feeling is, if you are going to the trouble and expense of replacing parts use “Original Equipment Manufacturer” (OEM), which will stand the test of time.
